The Replenishment Analyst role is a full-time permanent position, with learning and development opportunities including exposure to senior leaders, designation/certification/schooling support and mentorship. Responsibilities Develop broad operational experience while managing replenishment for specific categories. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage the flow of inventory into Distribution Centres and respond to changes in demand. Work in partnership with the Category Management, Forecasting, and Promotions teams to introduce new products and maintain existing assortments for promotional, regular, and seasonal demand. Operate at the intersection of Supply Chain and Merchandising as a cross-functional role with accountability and impact to the bottom line. Negotiation and supplier relationship management, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Data mining and analysis. Rapid problem solving and on-your-feet thinking. Seasonal inventory and replenishment strategy. Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP). Support Supply Chain functions such as Operations Planning, Transportation, Distribution, and Inventory Management. Own and be directly accountable for results and metrics. Qualifications Undergraduate or post graduate degree in Engineering, Math, Business or Commerce, with demonstrated interest in operations and supply chain. 2+ years work experience, including co-op or internship experience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access. Experience in analyst roles valued, especially data-driven, analytical, or process improvement experience. Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision making and working with numbers. Ability to negotiate and gain consensus with internal and external stakeholders. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
