Position OverviewPosition: Research Assistant Site: Montréal, Quebec, Canada Department: Process Development We are currently expanding our protein sciences capabilities and are seeking a Research Assistant to support our recombinant protein expression and purification workflows across multiple expression systems including mammalian (HEK293, CHO/ExpiCHO), insect (Sf9/Hi5), and bacterial (E. coli) hosts. This is a hands-on laboratory role focused on supporting the development and optimization of protein expression and downstream purification processes to advance antibody discovery, functional screening, and structural biology programs. The position will involve working closely with a multidisciplinary team spanning molecular biology, antibody engineering, AI-guided discovery, and analytical characterization. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong laboratory discipline, a willingness to learn, and a genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the development of next-generation antibody therapeutics.
