In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering scalable ERP solutions, integrations, and custom extensions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to align solutions with business needs and enterprise architecture standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance tuning with knowledge of NAV, SQL and code review, focusing on clients with performance issues using our performance tuning tools to analyse, diagnose and resolve code, ISV or configuration issuesAnalytical mind, curious, investigative in nature to find the route cause of performance issuesUse your expert knowledge to create system interfaces using coding engines and various programming languages, as specified by user requirements and functional specifications.Understand how to interview end users to determine functional specifications, business requirements, and usability.Experience with programming utilities such as text editors, formatters, compilers, and debuggers.Design end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise applications and systems.Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks aligned with project goals.Ensure architecture decisions support business objectives and maintain technical standards.Define best practices and patterns for integration, microservices, cloud, and security.Technical LeadershipPerforming development activities, add-in and version migrations, as well as execute integrations into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAVProvide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and engineers.Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high-quality standards.Lead by example in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Project DeliveryCollaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to define and deliver project milestones.Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle.Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders and non-technical team members.Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and rationale to all relevant parties.Work with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and performance.Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, or Software Engineering, or a related field5-8 years direct work experience with Business Central/ NAV development – AL Extension, C/SIDE, C/ALPower Shell Script, JSON, DevOpsSQL Server: DBA Skills; TSQL; Reporting ServicesDemonstrated knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies3+ years of experience in a solutions architecture or lead developer roleStrategic thinking and problem-solvingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesBusiness acumen and stakeholder managementAdaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environmentQixas offers competitive salary packages, an incredible work environment, and career advancement opportunities.Qixas Group is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
