Role Description This is a 25 hour per week, on-site and / or remote role for an Executive Personal Assistant based in Calgary, AB. The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic owner's daily responsibilities. Tasks include managing a complex calendar, organizing meetings, handling correspondence (phone, email, text, social media), performing clerical duties, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior-level personnel Strong skills in Communication and maintaining professional relationships Expertise in Diary Management and scheduling complex calendars Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including documentation, record-keeping, and office organization Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities High level of discretion and confidentiality with signing of an NDA. Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in healthcare or a similar environment is a plus
