Duties Implement regional indirect procurement contracts within the assigned plant and manage all indirect purchases not covered by regional agreements. Oversee commercial activities—including negotiation and implementation—related to engineering changes impacting serial production parts after Phase 5 sign‑off. Support Category Management in executing Commodity strategies and productivity initiatives. Manage supplier performance in coordination with the Commodity Manager, focusing on quality, cost, and delivery. Provide procurement input for the plant’s Supplier Scorecard. Serve as the plant’s first escalation point for issues involving external suppliers. Maintain accurate serial pricing in the plant ERP system, including initiating and monitoring price updates throughout the product lifecycle. Qualifications Completed technical or business degree with strong technical aptitude, or equivalent education. 1-3 Years of professional experience in international Procurement and technical products in the Automotive industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure with a solution‑oriented, result-driven approach. Fluency in English; additional languages (including local languages) are an asset. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence tools. Basic understanding of commercial contract law. Customer‑focused mindset with strong adherence to deadlines. Foundational knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 processes. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to interpret and analyze CBDs. Compensation Salary ranges from $78,500 to $86,000 based on experience.
