This position is in office 5 days a week and not offered Remote or hybrid Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Toronto office. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate beginning their career in business administration or office operations. This role is strictly focused on administrative and office support functions. You will support daily office operations through coordination, logistics, and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Purchasing & Office Support Assist in ordering office supplies and requested items Track deliveries and follow up with vendors Support invoice processing and maintain purchase records Shipping & Coordination Track shipments and assist with delivery coordination IT, Equipment & Inventory Help set up workstations for employees Maintain inventory of office and IT supplies Update asset tracking systems (e.g., AssetTiger) Escalate technical issues when needed Office Operations Maintain seating plans and office records Support directory updates Assist with access cards and building coordination Manage meeting room bookings and calendars Greet visitors and provide front desk support Vendors & Facilities Assist in coordinating vendors and office upkeep General Administrative Duties Perform data entry, filing, and document organization Proofread documents and communications Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Support meeting logistics Qualifications: Recent graduate (or up to 2 year experience) in Business/Office Administration or related field Internship or co-op experience Ability to work independently and in a team Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Reception or front desk exposure (Asset) Inventory or office coordination experience Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Asana, or Monday.com (Asset) Artificial Intelligence We use artificial intelligence to review and screen applications and materials.
