Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Account Manager to build successful client‑advertiser relationships through an understanding of the client’s business, expectation management, and ensuring that campaign strategies and tactics deliver on the clients’ needs. The successful candidate will bridge Walmart Connect’s omni‑channel portfolio of tactics to deliver a comprehensive media strategy for clients. What You'll Do Manage advertiser campaigns and revenues for a select key category. Build strategic campaign recommendations based on a deep understanding of brands’ business goals and marketing objectives. Lead the campaign kick‑offs, creative process, measurement workflow, and performance discussions with clients. Provide technical guidance on campaign specifics and work through troubleshooting and conflict resolution. Partner closely with campaign management on campaign activation, trafficking, and optimizations. Manage the sales pipeline with the Client Partner by entering all campaign details accurately and timely into the CRM system and ensuring billing occurs. Collaborate with Ad Operations, Ad Sales, and Creative Ops teams to ensure high quality of campaign execution, working within service level agreements. Use analytics to build and present campaign reports and share actionable insights and recommendations to support advertiser strategy and drive incremental revenue. Qualifications College or university diploma in Marketing or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in digital media. 3+ years of experience managing clients and relationships. Project Management experience. Broad knowledge of all media channels with a digital focus. Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of analytics tools.
