Role summary We are seeking a Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement to lead initiatives that expand our reach and impact across Ontario. This role focuses on building strong relationships with community health organizations and nonprofit associations, driving new business opportunities, and delivering measurable growth. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain partnerships with community, health organizations, nonprofits, and key stakeholders. Identify and execute new business opportunities aligned with organizational goals. Lead outreach programs and partnership-driven initiatives to strengthen our presence. Conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable growth strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership objectives into business plans. Manage agreements and ensure compliance with partnership terms. Performance KPIs Maintain the current trajectory of securing 45 new client partnerships within 12 months. Any partnerships beyond this target will be considered exceptional and rewarded. Achieve 2X revenue growth within 12 months, with a clear path to 5X growth within 3 years. Host quarterly outreach events with key stakeholders. Launch 2 new service initiatives annually based on market insights. Performance Bonus Structure Bonus for every partnership beyond the 45‑target baseline. Tiered bonuses for surpassing 2X and 5X growth goals. Additional incentives for launching extra initiatives or securing high‑impact collaborations. Contract Renewal & Conversion Criteria This is a 1‑year contract role with a performance‑based path to full‑time employment. Renewal and conversion depend on achieving KPIs such as 45 partnerships in 12 months, 2X revenue growth, and progress toward the 5X growth trajectory.
