The Opportunity Full-time, field-based role 3–4 days per week on the road meeting clients and developing new business Build and manage relationships with Medical Spas, Dermatology Offices, and Aesthetic Clinics Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities Deliver consultative sales presentations and drive commercial growth Work within a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a BDM, Territory Manager, or Sales role Strong B2B sales background within Medical Aesthetics, Medical Spa / Med Spa, Aesthetic Devices, Skincare, Pharma, or related industries Naturally commercial mindset with strong relationship-building skills Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting clients Passion for working within a fast-paced, high-growth organization Compensation Base Salary up to $120,000 $96,000 OTE Bonus (Uncapped) Strong earning potential for high performers Why Join?
