About The Role As a Project Coordinator you will be accountable for delivery of engineering and/or manufacturing projects supporting our customers within the CANDU Nuclear industry. Typical projects will range from $100k to $5M in size. You will report to the Senior Project Portfolio Manager and be located at the Burlington, Ontario, office. This is a hybrid role. Employees working in hybrid roles are expected to work onsite 2 days per week. Key Responsibilities Manage project lifecycles from proposal through to implementation Determine methods and resources needed to achieve project goals and develop a detailed project execution plan covering all phases of the project. Balance and manage competing project constraints including scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources and risks. Develop and maintain a project schedule (with support from a project scheduler) and identify resourcing needs, to drive performance of the work. Develop and implement recovery plans as required to bring delayed activities & deliverables back on track Maintain full accountability for the project financial performance. Monitor project spends and indicators and update project forecast, addressing deviations immediately as you identify them. Control the project scope by understanding the contract and SOW and monitoring project activities and customer requests against this. Travel to customer and other Westinghouse facility locations as required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management OR combined equivalent experience in engineering, operations, manufacturing roles within the Canadian Nuclear Industry Bachelor's degree – Engineering or Project Management field or similar PMP, or willing to obtain We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $86,800 to $108,500 per year.
