About the role As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead complex client relationships and oversee integrated PR programs with a higher degree of autonomy and strategic ownership. You’ll be a trusted partner to clients, a mentor to the junior team, and a key contributor to how we think about planning, problem-solving, and execution at Public/Realm. This role is designed for someone who’s ready to move beyond managing programs to shaping them, bringing sharper judgment, creative thinking, and leadership to both client work and internal collaboration. Lead day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts, serving as a primary point of contact with minimal senior oversight Oversee the development and execution of integrated PR programs across earned, influencer, and social channels Bring strategic thinking to client challenges, contributing meaningfully to planning, recommendations, and solutions Lead media and influencer relations, pitching with intention and delivering strong, measurable results Develop creative program ideas and lead event execution with confidence and precision Manage and reconcile program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, billing, and account health Build and maintain workback schedules that keep teams aligned and deliverables on track Review and elevate written materials, including press releases, key messages, and editorial calendars Mentor Account Managers, Account Executives, and Coordinators, helping grow strong judgment and execution skills Contribute to new business pitches, bringing ideas, structure, and POV to proposals Step in as a problem-solver and collaborator across teams as the agency continues to grow You are Someone with 5–7 years of progressive experience in public relations, communications, or integrated marketing; agency experience is a must Comfortable owning client relationships and making smart decisions independently Someone who thinks beyond traditional PR playbooks and is excited to explore new ideas, formats, and cultural entry points to drive impact A strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and attention to detail Experienced working across lifestyle and corporate clients Media‑savvy, with strong relationships and a proven track record of delivering measurable results Financially confident, with experience managing budgets and understanding account profitability A natural mentor who enjoys helping others grow while holding teams to a high standard Highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
