Providing guidance and code reviews to other development team members. Designing and implementing backend and frontend software for the UCaaS platform. Performing troubleshooting and analysis for issues reported by Quality Assurance, Support, or customers. Integrating third-party cloud APIs and libraries. Designing and developing scalable, distributed APIs and software, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and reliability. Requirements Skills & Background: To qualify for this position, candidates must demonstrate a good enough knowledge of English and/or French with some basic knowledge of the second language in order to be able to properly exchange, communicate and collaborate within a dynamic and multi cultural environment. A solid understanding of network protocols, particularly WebSockets and HTTPS, is essential for building secure and efficient web applications.
