This role will support organization‑wide discovery and assessment activities related to the transition from legacy systems to a modern enterprise document management platform. The successful candidate will lead product discovery efforts to establish a comprehensive understanding of system requirements, business processes, technical impacts, policy alignment, and implementation considerations. This work will inform a future‑state roadmap that enables a smooth transition, minimizes business disruption, and supports broader digital modernization objectives. Key Objectives The discovery and assessment activities will focus on delivering clarity across the following areas: Requirements & Processes: Define requirements and support a Request for Information (RFI) for migrating documents and metadata from a legacy system to a modern enterprise document management solution. IT System Impacts: Assess potential impacts on related IT systems and infrastructure. Policy & Strategy Alignment: Evaluate implications for compliance with records management policies and alignment with digital strategy objectives. Implementation Roadmap: Develop an implementation roadmap that supports a smooth transition, minimizes business disruption, enables related modernization initiatives, and outlines a clear path for decommissioning the legacy system.
