Gather information from various departments such as Production, Engineering, Methods, Program, Sales, Legal, and Finance. Interact and communicate frequently with senior leadership. Develop and coordinate strategies and schedules related to aircraft deliveries. Compile, analyze, and maintain aircraft delivery costs. Present risks, financial concessions, and regular updates to management. Propose risk mitigation plans. Escalate issues to the appropriate management level when necessary. Establish and maintain business relationships with internal and external partners. QualificationsA university degree in Business Administration or equivalent. At least eight (8) years of relevant experience. Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry (asset). Demonstrated initiative, results orientation, and decision-making ability. Expert project management skills (leadership) and strong abilities in analysis, planning, and problem solving. High quality output delivery within required deadlines and stakeholder accountability. In-depth knowledge of several disciplines including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Methods, and Customer Support. Experience supporting complex organizational changes and solving complex problems with minimal management support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with influence at various levels of the organization. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines while still delivering high quality results. Advanced use of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Power BI).
