As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the full accounting function, with a strong focus on fund accounting, donor-advised fund administration, and non-profit financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who is looking to combine strong technical accounting skills with meaningful, purpose-driven work. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle accounting, including month-end, general ledger, and bank/investment reconciliations Oversee fund accounting and reporting for donor-advised funds, including contributions, grants, investment activity, fees, and donation receipts Prepare financial reports, cash flow analysis, budgets, and fund-level reporting Manage vendor payments, banking activities, and HST rebate filings Support year-end audit and liaise with external accountants Maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and confidentiality standards Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting Qualifications CPA designation required 10+ years of progressive full-cycle accounting experience Strong experience in fund accounting and financial reporting Non-profit, charitable organization, foundation, or donor-advised fund experience strongly preferred Experience with grant, donation, and investment-related accounting is an asset Highly detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable in a dynamic, service-focused environment Why Join Be part of a purpose-driven organization making a meaningful impact across Canada Join a growing and entrepreneurial team in a key finance leadership role Excellent fit for a CPA with non-profit / fund accounting expertise looking for meaningful work and long-term stability Looking to interview and hire immediately! #J-18808-Ljbffr
