What You’ll Do Act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders, providing insights that influence decisions and outcomes Proactively challenge assumptions and support continuous improvement in decision-making Lead and coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across assigned business units Support development of multi-year financial outlooks aligned with strategic priorities Monitor performance against plans and provide forward-looking insights Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying key drivers, trends, and variances Develop KPIs and performance frameworks to track progress and support accountability Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate investments, optimize costs, and drive value creation Drive continuous improvements in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, supporting tools and data structures Promote consistency and discipline in financial practices across teams Build strong cross‑functional relationships (including Procurement, Legal, and Operations) Support procurement and contract evaluation through financial analysis Contribute to core finance team operations, including month‑end close support Partner with teams to improve financial literacy and ownership What You Bring 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or business partnering roles Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA (or in progress) is an asset Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex insights clearly Curiosity and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and challenge assumptions Experience working cross‑functionally in dynamic environments Experience with financial planning tools or systems Exposure to strategic planning or investment evaluation Location and Work Arrangement CIRA offers a blend of remote and on‑site work.
