Role Overview This client-focused role is centered on delivering high-quality training, consulting, and technical support to ensure successful adoption of BIM and AEC software solutions, with a strong focus on MEP workflows. The position emphasizes Revit MEP, fabrication coordination, model-based delivery, and user enablement across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Key Responsibilities Deliver project-based consulting and customized training programs focused on Revit MEP, fabrication workflows, and multidisciplinary project delivery Support clients in implementing BIM standards, MEP modelling best practices, and efficient coordination workflows across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines Guide MEP coordination processes, clash detection, and model-based collaboration between design, engineering, and construction teams Provide post‑sales technical support, including troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and issue resolution related to MEP workflows and software environments Develop high‑quality documentation, learning materials, and instructional content (including video tutorials, workflow guides, and best practice documentation) Participate in pre‑sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical discussions, and workflow reviews with MEP and construction stakeholders Drive continuous learning and maintain strong technical expertise across MEP BIM tools, fabrication workflows, and industry best practices Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes and strong adoption of proposed solutions Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client business goals and project requirements Requirements Proven experience as a BIM Consultant, MEP Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Technical Trainer, or similar client‑facing role within the AEC industry Strong hands‑on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines Solid understanding of MEP BIM methodologies, coordination workflows, and industry standards Experience delivering training, workshops, or onboarding sessions for end users in MEP environments Familiarity with fabrication workflows, MEP coordination tools, and construction‑focused BIM delivery is a strong advantage Experience with tools such as Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or related collaborative environments is preferred Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction, or related field Autodesk / BIM certifications are a plus Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, with the ability to deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations in both languages On Target Earning pay range for this role Target variable: 10% Minimum Annual On Target Earning: 75,000 CAD Maximum Annual On Target Earning: 110,000 CAD At Graitec, we’re proud to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
