Flex Academy (a division of HCOS):Website Position Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $24.13 – $28.21 per hour depending upon certification and experience Flex Academy has openings for a Learning Coach for the school year! These are on-site, positions working 33 hours per week. The primary purpose of this position is to extend teacher impact in the classroom and to support student learning in an individual or small‑group context and to ensure students are tracking and meaningfully engaging in their classes.
