This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys property accounting, financial reporting, team leadership, and working closely with operations. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, review monthly and annual financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, oversee CAM reconciliations and operating cost recoveries, and provide guidance to accounting staff.
