Overview At RBC Borealis, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of agentic AI initiatives, defining how AI agents can independently act to accomplish tasks, manage workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role sitting at the intersection of applied AI, engineering, and product strategy. Responsibilities Evaluating processes and resources to identify potential limitations in product, and modifying designs to maximize client adoption and product quality. Gathering internal and external feedback to identify potential new products or improvements to existing products. Using tools to develop needs for new products or revisions to existing products, and tracking the status of projects from inception to release. Generating processes and plans to measure product quality and evaluating results to identify deficiencies, adjusting to client and business needs and requirements as needed. Qualifications Technical AI fluency: deep understanding of LLMs and agent‑based architectures. Program management expertise: 4–7+ years of technical program/product management, with experience in high‑growth startups, SaaS, or complex enterprise environments. Systems thinking: ability to understand how AI agents interact with existing APIs, internal data sources, and other agents. Data‑driven decision making: proficiency in SQL and data analytics to validate hypotheses and evaluate agent effectiveness. Problem solving and ambiguity management: ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments where products are defined in real time. Preferred Qualifications Hands‑on experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Dify.ai, or CrewAI). Background in cybersecurity, identity management (IAM), or fintech. Zero‑to‑One product experience (launching a new product from concept to GA).
