Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Employment Lawyer. The Employment Lawyer will be responsible for advising clients on employment contracts, handling labour disputes, representing clients in court, and providing legal counsel on labour and employment law. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, participating in courtroom trials, and conducting workplace investigations and training sessions.
