Job Description Data Risk Management (DRM) is responsible for the oversight and challenge of data management activities across the TD footprint. We act as proactive and trusted advisors to TD business lines and support an effective risk culture. Reporting to the AVP, Data Risk Management, the Senior Manager, Data Risk Reporting Oversight will act as a Data Risk subject matter expert in relation to the oversight of BCBS 239 requirements. The Senior Manager will create an interaction model across data related teams in first and second line, and across jurisdictions, to align on expectations of regulations, manage oversight and challenge activities, and report on data risks. Key Accountabilities Define and manage the enterprise Data Risk Aggregation Reporting program in alignment with regulatory requirements (BCBS 239), including alignment across TD frameworks, policies and standards Execute the enterprise oversight and challenge of first line Data Risk Aggregation and Reporting activities; defining roles and expectations across the enterprise Act as regulatory compliance lead for BCBS 239 and execute all Regulatory Compliance Management program activities, including regular compliance assessments, audits, and reporting activities Work closely with risk management, technology teams and business units to identify, assess, and resolve compliance issues related to data aggregation and risk reporting Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports for senior management and regulatory bodies Stay up-to-date with changes to BCBS 239 and related regulatory requirements, advising relevant stakeholders on necessary updates or process changes Deliver training and guidance to staff on BCBS 239 compliance best practices Act as the primary point of contact during regulatory inspections and inquiries related to BCBS 239 Job Requirements University degree or technical certificate and/or 10+ years relevant industry experience Knowledge of data management, data governance and operational risk with Experience in oversight and challenge activities and understanding of 3 Lines of Defense Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills and well-developed listening and negotiation skills Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work across silos and build effective working relationship Ability to operate effectively with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment and competing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
