Role Description The Corporate Sales Manager will lead ShipFreight’s commercial growth by developing and executing a comprehensive Go‑To‑Market strategy, driving strategic B2B opportunities, and orchestrating multilingual outreach initiatives. This role combines sales leadership with marketing execution, including the creation of sales playbooks, bilingual assets, SEO initiatives, and integrated campaigns across digital and industry channels. Working closely with operations, customer success, and senior leadership, the manager will ensure seamless client onboarding, optimize pipeline performance, and translate market insights into actionable recommendations. The position also oversees thought‑leadership content, manages external partners, and represents ShipFreight at trade shows, webinars, and industry events to strengthen brand authority and generate high‑value leads. Qualifications Previous experience in management positions in Sales, Marketing and Account Management in B2B service providers Strong background in Go‑To‑Market strategies for B2B solutions, including digital marketing, events, advertising etc Previous experience with sales, operations and account management in the logistics industry in Quebec Solid knowledge about customs clearance processes, ocean freight, intermodal and ground transportation in Canada Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing marketing and sales teams Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation softwares for analysis and reporting purposes Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment College, CEGEP or other non‑university or university certificate or diploma from a program in International Business Management, Transportation/Logistics, or equivalent Fluency or advanced communication in English and French is mandatory #J-18808-Ljbffr
