A growing litigation practice is seeking a mid-to-senior Commercial Litigation Associate (7+ years of experience) to join its Commercial Litigation group. Responsibilities Manage complex commercial litigation files independently Handle matters through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discoveries, motions, mediations, and trial preparation Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk assessment Draft pleadings, motion materials, and settlement documentation Conduct negotiations and attend mediations Provide strategic input on high-value commercial and construction disputes Relevant Experience Breach of contract claims Construction and delay claims Construction Lien matters Shareholder disputes, including oppression and derivative actions Engineering and architectural negligence issues Property loss/damage and insurance-related property claims Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of commercial litigation experience Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills Experience managing files with minimal supervision Excellent client management and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
