Location: Toronto, Hybrid Experience: 8-10 years We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Project Management experience to lead Tableau to Power BI migration initiatives. The role requires a hands‑on BA + PM professional who can drive end‑to‑end delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality migration of reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation Drive end‑to‑end project delivery (planning, tracking, governance) Manage Tableau to Power BI migration (reports, datasets, dashboards) Perform data validation, reconciliation, and UAT coordination Work closely with business, tech, and data teams Ensure timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder sign‑off Required Skills Strong experience in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, reporting) Good understanding of Tableau (existing report analysis) Experience in migration or BI transformation projects Strong SQL and data analysis skills Experience in Agile / project management tools (JIRA, etc.) Soft Skills Strong stakeholder management & communication Ability to drive delivery under tight timelines Problem‑solving and ownership mindset Preferred BFSI / enterprise project experience PMP / Agile certification (nice to have) #J-18808-Ljbffr
