About the Opportunity The Senior Analyst, Operational Innovation is an execution-focused delivery role within the Operational Innovation & Enablement group. The role supports the delivery of operational development and readiness initiatives across RBC CM COO through process and opportunity assessments, solution development, continuous improvement, and knowledge management.
