Based in the Winnipeg corporate office, the Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving profitable equipment sales by managing key accounts, supporting technical sales execution, and partnering closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customers. As the Sales Manager you will: Manage sales territory and key accounts, developing business with direct customers, OEMs, engineering houses, resellers, and representatives. Prepare and issue sales quotes, technical documentation, and management approvals. Support new and past sales through R&D trials, field visits, machine start‑ups, and warranty assistance. Contribute to product design enhancements and provide customer feedback for continuous improvement. Oversee sales order entry, ensuring accuracy in machine models, orientations, options, and timely communication with project teams. Supervise factory ship schedules and coordinate with vendors to meet delivery timelines and avoid penalties. Develop and manage sales budgets, travel and sales performance tracking. Support Winnipeg factory operations, including parts inventory, shop time management, employee coordination, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You and Your Experience: 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, ideally within capital equipment, process equipment, or industrial solutions. Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to understand equipment applications, operations, and system functionality. Bachelor’s degree required; engineering background (mechanical, industrial, process, or chemical) is an asset but not required. Experience supporting technical sales processes, including quoting, RFQs, order management, and customer‑facing solution development. Proven ability to manage territory and key accounts, driving profitable growth and long‑term customer relationships.
