Job Description Reporting to the Experience Planning Director, the Coordinator will be responsible for taking an active part in thought leadership projects across Starcom. They will also be responsible for delivering marketing insights to help drive the strategic planning process and optimize the media mix to improve return on investment. The successful candidate will have superior communication skills and strategic thinking, and must also be able to solve business issues using data, creativity, and human insight. Working collaboratively and building relationships with various key stakeholders, within both Publicis and the broader industry, is a key part of this role. Responsibilities Take an active part in researching, writing and publishing thought leadership projects for the network, including whitepapers and PubliSEES. Participate actively in Lion Squad, our internal think tank, as well as Publicis Media Strategy & Research teams. Shadow, learn, and participate in cross‑agency collaboration across various clients. Prepare competitive reviews for clients. Prepare in‑depth consumer analysis for clients. Assist with global requests and contribute to global reports. Qualifications Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently and proactively, but also be a team player. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Solid presentation and training skills. Basic knowledge of primary/custom research methodologies, with an interest in learning more. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
