Position Overview Responsible for new business development, account implementation, and maintaining customer relationships within a defined geographic territory. Focus on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored LTL solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.Essential FunctionsDirect sales efforts within an assigned territory.Promote and direct sales activities, ensuring alignment with territorial goals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer supply chains.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.Conduct sales presentations, develop proposals, and close deals.Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities.Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Six (6) years of B2B sales experience. Up to four (4) years can be supplemented by a post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree.Knowledge of LTL services and competitive landscape.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook).Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills, including excellent attention to detail.Mid‑level negotiation skills and ability to offer competitive pricing.Ability to collaborate with local operations teams.Bilingual (English/French) preferred; required in Quebec.Job ConditionsPosition requires extensive and frequent travel, including overnight travel.Valid Driver’s License required.Hours may vary due to operational need.#J-18808-Ljbffr
