Role Overview We are seeking a customer‑facing, revenue‑driven Storage Solutions Architect to lead a storage‑first growth motion across the Canadian market. The role focuses on driving net‑new business, unlocking AI‑ready infrastructure opportunities, and accelerating partner growth by leading with Dell Technologies solutions. Responsibilities Serve as a technical expert for Dell Technologies Infrastructure Solutions Portfolio with a focus on Storage Offerings. Position Dell Storage (PowerStore, PowerScale, APEX) as the entry point to larger deals. Drive cross‑sell across ISG + CSG (compute, client, and services attach). Build and scale a Storage Incubator program with high‑potential partners. Proactively deliver demonstrations, trainings, and enablement focused on modern business needs, desired outcomes, market opportunities, emerging technologies, and high‑margin professional services solutions. Lead AI/Storage lab engagements (PoCs, demos, workshops) to accelerate deals. Deliver product demonstrations, webinars, and knowledge transfer sessions to partners and internal stakeholders. Act as a technical liaison between Ingram Micro, Dell Technologies, and channel partners. Provide pre‑sales consultation, solution design, and partner enablement for Dell Technologies Storage offerings. Assist in identifying partner opportunities, creating scalable solutions, and supporting business growth initiatives. Work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and solution architects to promote Dell Technologies Storage offerings. Willingness to travel within Canada up to 25% annually. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. Minimum 8–10+ years of experience in pre‑sales, Infrastructure Solutions Engineering, solution architecture, or technical sales, preferably with Dell Technologies solutions or in a channel, distribution, or vendor environment. Experience managing and supporting a storage solutions portfolio. Hands‑on experience with Dell Technologies Storage offerings portfolio (PowerStore, PowerMax, PowerProtect, ObjectScale, Dell Private Cloud, etc.) is a strong asset. Dell Technologies certifications strongly preferred, including Midrange Storage Solution Design, PowerScale Design, Data Protection Design, and AI Server and Infrastructure Foundations. Demonstrates a hunter mindset with a proven track record of converting pipeline into revenue. Solid understanding of AI workloads, hybrid cloud architectures, and modern data platforms. Experience operating within channel‑driven and partner‑led sales environments. Bilingual in English and French is an asset. Benefits The typical base pay range is $120,000–$140,000 per year, based on work location, complexity and role responsibility.
