Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Hospitality Territory Service and Sales Representative covering Brossard to Varennes, Longueuil to St Jean Richelieu and the surrounding areas. Within our industry leading Institutional division, this outside sales role offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries. After completing an initial training program, you will be assigned to an established territory of customers including restaurants, hotels, schools, long‑term care facilities, and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments. What You Will Do Apply mechanical aptitude to install, repair, and maintain dishwashers, laundry equipment, and dispensing systems; use this service to strengthen relationships with customers. Ensure customers’ facilities are fully operational and teams are trained in safe equipment use. Grow sales within the existing territory of food service and hospitality accounts by providing training, regular and emergency mechanical service, and sales demonstrations. Cold‑call and prospect to secure new accounts and build Ecolab’s brand in the market. Learn customers’ warewashing systems and devise unique solutions as an expert in advanced cleaning and sanitation processes. Show flexibility in adjusting schedule and hours to meet business needs. Position Details Cities included: Brossard to Varennes, Longueuil to St Jean Richelieu. Weekend coverage for emergencies: 7‑8 per year. Overnight trips per month: None. Annual Compensation Range Ecolab anticipates paying within the posted range of $62,000 – $77,000, depending on education, training, experience, location, travel requirements, etc. Incentive compensation begins upon completion of training. Minimum Qualifications French fluency with professional proficiency in English. Bilingual, French/English preferred due to anglophone customers and US travel for training. High school diploma required. Postsecondary education preferred. At least one year of outside sales experience. Willingness to be on call during off‑hours and weekend coverage. Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record. Ability to travel to the United States for training and meetings. No immigration sponsorship available. Preferred Qualifications Prior business‑to‑business commercial sales experience. Experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool & spa industries. Mechanical problem‑solving experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical). Physical Demands Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly. Manipulating heavy items, equipment, and appliances at least 50 % of the time. Bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, and ladder work at least 50 % of the time.
