Job Requisition ID # 26WD96725 Position Overview Autodesk is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the AI & Agentic Personalization team within AEC. This team is building the next generation of intelligent product experiences—leveraging AI, machine learning, and emerging agentic technologies to proactively assist users across design, construction, and operations workflows. Our mission is to embed intelligence and personalization directly into Autodesk products—enabling systems that can anticipate user needs, recommend next-best actions, and increasingly act on behalf of users to improve productivity and outcomes. We work across flagship AEC products (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Fusion) to integrate AI-driven capabilities into real-world workflows used by millions of professionals. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of programs focused onAI-driven personalization, recommendations, and agentic workflows Drive initiatives that enable systems topredict, recommend, and increasingly automate user actionswithin AEC products Partner with Product Management, AI/ML, data, and platform teams to bring intelligent capabilities into production environments Ensure responsible, scalable, and high-quality delivery of AI-powered features Apply strong understanding ofAEC workflows (design, BIM, construction, operations)to shape AI-driven solutions Ensure AI capabilities align with real-world user intent, workflows, and constraints Advocate for solutions that improveproductivity, reduce errors, and accelerate time-to-valuefor AEC professionals Bridge domainexpertisewith emerging AI capabilities to create meaningful product experiences Lead Agile program execution across multiple teams delivering AI-enabled features Drive clarity in requirements, prioritization, and execution across complex dependencies Ensure strong SDLC practices across experimentation, iteration, and release of AI capabilities Manage program risks, especially those related to AI performance, trust, and user experience Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and platform teams Drive integration of shared AI capabilities (e.g., recommendation engines, user models, real-time systems) into AEC products Enable consistent adoption of AI and personalization capabilities across multiple product teams Act as a master facilitator, driving alignment across teams and leadership Sprint-level execution and delivery tracking Program-level risks, dependencies, and milestones Executive-level strategy, progress, and impact Translate complex AI/technical concepts into clear business narratives Minimum Qualifications 10+years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles Proventrack recorddelivering complex, cross-functional technical programs StrongexpertiseinSDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) Experience working onAI/ML, data platforms, orRecommendationsystems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)- Familiarity with BIM workflows and Autodesk tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Fusion) Experience deliveringAI-powered product features or agentic systems Understanding of challenges related toAI trust, adoption, and user experience in professional workflows Experience with experimentation, telemetry, or data-driven product development Salary Transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $0 and $0. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
