Responsibilities Develop sales presentations and product proposals for all new customers. Create close relationships with each of your buyers through cold calling, remote meetings and in person presentations. Learn the product line and define the most suitable product offering for each customer. Populate and manage a sale pipeline. Track your sales vs budget monthly to ensure that all targets are met. Understand customers’ timelines and proactively provide customers with all information and materials required to make decisions. Work with internal team members to develop all business intelligence and market knowledge in support of effective and efficient sales growth. Analysis of customer sales performance data (POS) and other, to maximize opportunities and minimizing risk. Develop solutions for customer challenges or issues in a timely fashion. Work with customer service to ensure that all customer profiles are clear and up to date. Desired Skills and Experience Fluent in both English and French. Minimum 2 years of experience in selling to retailers. Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination. Hungry, aggressive with a likable personality. Ability to build strong “Win Win” relationships, both externally and internally. Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Canva a plus).
