Responsibilities As part of strengthening production security teams, we are supporting a major banking client for Active Directory Critical operations. The role focuses on operating, securing, and evolving Microsoft identity environments within a highly secure, international, and business-critical context. Administration & Production Administer and maintain Active Directory environments (Domain Controllers, GPO, DNS, replication) Ensure availability, performance, and stability of identity services Manage multi-forest environments (Corporate, Resources, Isolation) Security & Hardening Implement Active Directory security best practices (tiering, privileged access management, RBAC) Contribute to Zero Trust and MFA initiatives Perform security assessments and remediate identified vulnerabilities Cloud Identity & IAM Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) environments and synchronization (AD Connect) Contribute to identity and access governance topics Projects & Transformation Participate in key transformation projects (AD consolidation, DNS redesign, securing sensitive accounts) Support application integration and cross-functional initiatives (M&A, onboarding/offboarding) Contribute to the evolution of identity architecture Develop PowerShell scripts for automation (audits, provisioning, remediation) Improve operational processes and standardization Resilience & Continuity Contribute to Active Directory disaster recovery planning Participate in the resolution of critical incidents and root cause analysis Required Skills Strong experience with Active Directory Domain Services Solid knowledge of DNS, GPO, replication, domain controller management Experience with Entra ID / Azure AD / AD Connect Advanced PowerShell scripting (mandatory) Good understanding of security concepts: RBAC / MFA / AD Tiering Nice-to-have Knowledge of PKI / certificate management Experience with AD security tools (PingCastle, Semperis, etc.) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Defender ecosystem Experience in banking or other critical environments Profile 4–10 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and/or security Strong production mindset and security awareness Comfortable working in structured and high-demand environments Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
