Our client, a leading organization focused on Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement and operational excellence, is seeking a Business Consultant - Business Discovery & Optimization. This role will drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging business analysis, process engineering, and data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and client/employee experience. The position involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, designing future‑state processes, and supporting transformation initiatives across the organization. This is a 6 months contract role with a hybrid work model. Responsibilities Identify opportunities within operational processes and deliver actionable insights to improve client and frontline experience Develop current and future state process maps (high‑level and detailed) to support process optimization initiatives Facilitate stakeholder collaboration sessions (e.g., workshops, brainstorming) using virtual tools Must‑Have Skills 3+ years of experience in process engineering using Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft O365 Suite 2+ years of experience with collaboration tools such as FigJam or MuralStrong ability to translate high‑level concepts into detailed process maps Experience designing future state processes based on solution ideation Solid understanding of tools and techniques for identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational/process issues Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience in financial services or banking environments (call centers, back office, or branch operations) Knowledge of change management principles and people impact strategies Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification If you are interested and qualified for this opportunity, please send your updated resume in MS Word format to .
