Who You Are Ahunter and builder with 8+ years of BPO sales experience and a killer instinct for creating opportunities where others don’t. Someone who’sclosed multi-million dollar deals and isn’t afraid of high-stakes, high-reward environments. Astrategic thinker and ahands-on doer who can work independently and thrive in ambiguity. Based in Canada (or very familiar with the Canadian business landscape), and ready to hit the ground running. A passionate communicator and natural relationship-builder who people trust — from C-suites to procurement to operations. You’ve built out a market or sales team from scratch. You speak both English and French fluently. You bring industry-specific experience in healthcare, finance, telco, or retail.
