Provide clear and timely legal advice for management and teams on various legal topics Analyze and address potential legal risks in business operations Monitor changes in legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance Oversee the preparation, review, and management of all IPO-related legal documents Coordinate with external legal advisors for Legal Due Diligence Reports and provide guidance during the IPO process Work with the Company Secretary on documentation for executive, Board, and shareholders meetings, including SEC reporting Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect the companys interests Maintain a centralized record of legal documents and ensure timely updates or renewals Oversee corporate matters such as Board meetings, company structure updates, and labor issues What you will need?
