As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll partner closely with a cross‑functional team to shape end‑to‑end experiences, deliver high‑quality outcomes, and evolve how people interact with their money. What You’ll Do Lead end‑to‑end design for key initiatives within a product area—from discovery through delivery and iteration—driving meaningful customer and business outcomes. Own complex flows and ambiguous problem spaces, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and design direction. Partner closely with product, engineering, and data to make informed trade‑offs and deliver intuitive, high‑quality experiences. Pay Grade - L Equity Grade - 6 Employees new to Affirms typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirms focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job‑related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).
