The Role We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, following up on inbound leads, running discovery calls and demos, and closing new business. The ideal candidate won’t just sell features, they’ll take the time to understand a prospect’s business processes, analyze their workflows, and map those needs to Birdview’s functionality to show how the platform delivers the right solution. What You Will Do Identify and target leads using LinkedIn Navigator and other prospecting tools Engage with inbound marketing leads and nurture them through the funnel Run discovery calls and tailored product demos Analyze client workflows and processes, then map them to Birdview functions to demonstrate value Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients Close deals and consistently meet or exceed quota What We Are Looking For 2+ years of successful SaaS sales experience with SMB or mid-market clients Proven track record of prospecting, nurturing, and closing deals Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers Consistently exceeded quota, ranking in the top 10% of peers Formal sales training and a commitment to ongoing skill development Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience selling project management or professional services automation tools is a big plus Familiarity with project management concepts and MEDDICC methodology is an advantage Why Join Birdview At Birdview, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing company where ideas are valued and initiative is rewarded.
