Site Superintendent – Mechanical Construction Location: Hamilton, Brant, Haldimand & Norfolk Areas (depending on the project assigned) Pay Rate: $125,000-$135,000 (Based on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Note: Hours may vary depending on site/project requirements) Tenure: Permanent, Full Time We are currently hiring Site Superintendents/Site Foreman to support mechanical construction projects across active school sites in the Hamilton and Brant/Haldimand/Norfolk areas. Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site mechanical construction activities at school project sites Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site staff Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule Maintain compliance with school site safety protocols and project requirements Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of work Coordinate manpower, materials, and project timelines Communicate project updates with stakeholders and management Ensure proper project documentation and reporting Requirements Previous experience as a Site Superintendent/Site Foreman within mechanical construction Strong on-site supervision and coordination experience Experience working on school projects or institutional construction projects preferred Ability to work in active/occupied school environments Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and site operations Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid G Driver’s License preferred Assets Experience in HVAC, piping, boilers, hydronic systems, or mechanical construction projects Experience in institutional or public-sector construction projects Familiarity with RFIs, scheduling, change orders, and site coordination Experience working in unionized construction environments is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
