We are looking for a Major Accounts Associate to join our Surrey team as the critical bridge between the two. This isn’t a “sit back and wait” role. You are the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring every commitment we make is executed, keeping their equipment and operations up and running from delivery to final invoice. What You’ll Be Doing The Go-To Contact You are the primary point of contact for major accounts. The Red-Tape Cutter You own the customer experience. If there’s a delay or issue, you step in and get it resolved quickly, before the customer needs to follow up. Uptime Advocate You keep a pulse on fleet health. If a machine is down, you push internal teams to get it back up and running. Strategic Planning You support quarterly account reviews and planning sessions to stay ahead of customer needs and improve performance.
