Description & Requirements Core responsibilities Design solution architecture that addresses defined business requirements and technical constraints Document solution designs, assumptions, trade‑offs, constraints, and evolution considerations Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and vendors aligned to architectural standards Collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate architecture into executable delivery plans Ensure solutions are interoperable, reusable, and consistent with domain and enterprise standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred 6-10 years of solution architecture, software development, systems engineering, or technical consulting experience, or equivalent Proven experience designing multi‑system technology solutions using optimized architectural patterns to ensure scalability, performance, and integration Experience researching and evaluating technologies for multi‑system solutions; familiarity with leading platform selection discussions using defined evaluation criteria Demonstrated ability to connect architectural decisions to business objectives; experience assessing stakeholder impact and translating technical complexity for non‑technical audiences Experience solutioning end‑to‑end full‑stack applications, integration of SaaS and PaaS systems Familiarity with databases, ML Ops principles, and ML/data processing tool, suck is Databricks Compensation and benefits package Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $132,600 – $174,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
