High-Rise Site Superintendent We’re seeking an experienced High-Rise Site Superintendent to lead the delivery of an upcoming residential tower. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing large-scale projects and consistently delivering on safety, quality, and schedule. Key Responsibilities As the on-site lead, you will oversee daily construction operations and ensure the project progresses in line with established safety, schedule, quality, and budget targets. Responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities Ensuring work is executed in accordance with project plans, timelines, and budgets Driving productivity across trades and site staff to maintain efficiency and cost control Leading site meetings with consultants and subcontractors Monitoring construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards Overseeing scheduling, budget tracking, commissioning, and occupancy phases Promoting and enforcing health and safety standards across all site operations Maintaining and updating short-term schedules with proper resource planning Reviewing contract requirements, identifying risks, and supporting overall project performance What We’re Looking For Title: Current or recent experience as a High-Rise Site Superintendent Experience: Successfully delivered at least two full high-rise projects as the lead Site Super, with exposure to all major phases including shoring, structure, building envelope, M&E, interiors, and occupancy Background: Experience working with a developer is considered an asset Core Competencies Strong understanding of site safety, scheduling, and quality control Excellent organizational and planning skills Clear communication and strong attention to detail Comfortable using tools such as Procore and other site management software Compensation $160,000–$180,000 base salary, plus benefits and a competitive overall package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
