Site Superintendent – Residential Subdivisions Location: GTA | Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee low-rise residential subdivision construction, managing multiple homes at various stages of completion. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities across multiple units (Single-detached, Semi-detached, and Townhouses). Co-ordinate trades, suppliers, inspections, and deliveries. Ensure homes meet Ontario Building Code, Tarion, and Sundial Homes quality standards. Maintain construction schedules and production targets. Enforce site safety (OHSA) and maintain clean, organized sites. Complete daily reports and deficiency tracking. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in low-rise residential subdivision construction. Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and Tarion. Proven ability to manage multiple homes and trades simultaneously. Working at Heights certification. Valid Ontario driver’s license.
