Your key responsibilities The role of the Treasury Senior Consultant is to ensure the successful execution of Treasury engagements by applying hands‑on practical Treasury skills and expertise. You'll also provide supervision and mentoring to staff and serve as point person for Managers, Senior Managers and Partners.Skills and attributes for successSupport project team by ensuring products/deliverables are met and contract/ work plan specifications and deadlines are achievedTake ownership for delivery of high quality work by supporting a broad range of Treasury projects which may include: liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, Treasury technology, post‑merger integration and organizational designHave prior hands on TMS implementation experience, especially focusing on either Kyriba or SAP TreasuryProvide supervision and mentoring to staff and serve as point person for the client and internal EY teamsMaintain a strong client focus by being responsive to client requests and developing/maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel.Participate in meetings and interviews with client treasury personnelAssist with the development of client deliverables and engagement documentationSupport as requested with proposal development and business development initiatives for prospective treasury engagementsDemonstrate professionalism while working in the client environmentCollaborate with Manager/Senior Manager/Partner to help mitigate project related riskUnderstand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers, business trends and industry developmentsDevelop and maintain strong networks, both internally and externally and Work with other service lines in providing an integrated service deliverySeek opportunities to present EY's services to clientsIdeally, you'll also haveA bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 5 years of related work experienceA master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or another relevant disciplineCertified Treasury Professional qualificationConsulting experience on complex projectsSystem selection and implementation experience, especially with SAP TRM or KyribaStrong analytical and technical skillsStrong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skillsDesire and ability to work closely with engagement team members and clientsAdvanced skills and experience with: Treasury organizational structure and transformation, Financial risk management (currency, interest rate, commodity), Cash flow forecasting, Cash and liquidity management, Bank relationship management, Treasury technology, International treasury center, Debt and investment management, Governance, controls and regulation, M&A support, Hedge accountingWhat we look for We're interested in natural problem‑solvers and leaders, with proven project management and engagement experience.
