IT Project Manager – HR Systems (Workday / ADP) Key Skills: Insurance Domain, SaaS Location: Toronto, ON Work Style: Hybrid - 3 days Onsite: Tues Wed and Thurs Skills: Agile Way of Working: Project Management Experience Required: 10 & Above Role Description Project Manager will need to be able to quickly understand the scope of our effort and plan for the completion, enable to gain consensus and drive deliverables with our business sponsors. Our environment is Global Insurance and Financial Services. Must Have Excellent Stakeholder Management Communication and presentation skills Team management: effective resource management skills required as the team members will not directly report to the PM or belong to project sponsoring vertical. Technical Skills Waterfall and Agile experience PMP and CSM designations required Experience in delivering SaaS tools Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, provide status updates, manage budget and stakeholder communications Proactively identify risks and issues on projects – leading team to develop risk management and issues management plans Prior experience of working in matrix organizations and multiple vendor resources Prior experience working on HR projects Monitors and manages project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned – scope, budget and schedule manages variances Identifies potential points of contention for missed deliverables, creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget Analytical skills and problem solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously Ability to work independently and handle uncertainty Domain knowledge on HR Applications especially Workday and ADP #J-18808-Ljbffr
