Support the enterprise-wide deployment of SAP S/4HANA, including the transition from the legacy SAP ECC platform. Collaborate with BIS analysts, system integrators, architects, and Enterprise Architecture teams to gather requirements, guide solution design, and support team members. Lead the definition, implementation, and evolution of manufacturing solutions, ensuring roadmap alignment, process standardization, simplification, and integration. Translate business needs into complete functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with Bombardier’s strategy and quality standards. Initiate and support projects, including effort estimation and coordination with BIS departments and external partners. Promote standardization, integration, and innovation across manufacturing solutions. Review and approve solution design documentation, including Solution Design Packages. Engage stakeholders, understanding interests and motivations to build support for change management initiatives. Qualifications University degree. At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT project delivery. At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing ERP solutions and knowledgeable in at least one of the following SAP modules: SAP Plan to Stock/Schedule (BOMS, Routings, Inspection Plans) SAP Material Master (Material Management, Procurement) SAP PS / PPDS (Project Scheduling, Detailed Scheduling) SAP IM (Inventory management) Strong leadership skills. Knowledge of SAP S4 implementation is a definite asset. Understanding of SAP best‑practice (vanilla) processes, ideally within the S/4HANA environment. Highly structured, organized and analytical. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English; Spanish is a nice‑to‑have. Ability to work with multiple system integrators (external partners).
