Responsibilities Design parametric parts and assemblies of civil structures using CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE, Smartplant, Revit, or Tekla. Build and maintain 3D digital models in accordance with established protocols and conventions. Interpret and translate technical constraints from drawings, plans, or point clouds into accurate models. Participate in the adaptation of techniques, improvements, and innovations in 3D modeling activities. Build and update catalogues/families for use by engineering teams. Work in project mode and attend meetings to support the coordination of digital models. Identify inconsistencies in modeling requirements and propose solutions. Participate in the integration of PLM/BIM into design processes. Assist with software technical support as needed. Produce deliverables from models for quantity extraction, data collection, or technical file assembly. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience as a digital model designer or equivalent professional experience in related fields. Proficiency with 3D design tools such as Smartplant, Revit, Tekla, CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE. Ability to secure Reliability clearance with the Government of Canada. Strong analytical skills and rigor applied to 3D modeling. Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary projects. Curiosity, and ability to communicate new technologies and techniques. Bilingual – French and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, required for collaboration with the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
