HR Coordinator Location: Montreal (Remote) Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 Type: Full time Auxo is hiring an HR Coordinator for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building technology for the manufacturing and supply chain industry. You’ll support the day-to-day HR and people operations that keep the company running smoothly as the team scales. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll work closely with the Business Operations Manager on onboarding, HR administration, recruiting coordination, employee experience, and operational improvements across the business. What You’ll Do Coordinate onboarding for new hires including documentation, system access, and orientation scheduling Manage employee records and HR administration through Rippling Support benefits administration and act as a first point of contact for employee questions Assist with recruiting coordination including scheduling, candidate communication, and offer preparation Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support internal operations Help improve HR policies, documentation, and internal processes Support employee engagement and culture initiatives Partner with leadership on operational and cross-functional improvement projects Maintain high confidentiality and accuracy across all HR processes Who You Are 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or people operations Hands-on experience using Rippling is required Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once Detail-oriented with strong judgment and professionalism Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments is a strong asset Interest in operations, systems, or process improvement is a plus
