Director of Operations, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, or current GM at a comparable shop. - Has been through carrier audits and TPA recertifications and come out clean Certifications (required) - IICRC sub-cert bench appropriate to the role (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, OCT, TCST as applicable) - Xactimate Level 2 Certifications (nice-to-have) - ICRA-Manager or healthcare restoration experience - Symbility / Cotality experience - Past EcoClaim certification ownership - Carrier-side experience (insurance, TPA, or vendor management) Abilities - Reads a P&L and can tell you what's wrong with it in under an hour - Comfortable in the field. You can walk a water file at 3am and you know what right looks like. - Can hire, fire, coach, and hold a standard - Strong communicator. We restore commercial properties every day across the region. We are an in-office, in-the-field team. You will spend time in our offices, in our clients' buildings, on active loss sites, and in front of carriers and TPAs.
